PRAWTECH pre-insulated pipes dedicated to ground heat source systems are laid in shallow trenches in accordance with design requirements and specifications (including within the ground frost zone), and their high flexibility allows obstacles in the ground to be bypassed without the use of bends and elbows. It is a self-compensating system for linear expansion, eliminating the need for fixed points and expansion compensators.

The offered products achieve better thermal insulation conditions for pipelines and increase the mechanical safety of horizontal pipes in ground heat source installations.

PRAWTECH pre-insulated pipe construction:

1. Inner polyethylene pipe HDPE 100 / RC SDR 17 in black colour in accordance with standard PN-EN 12201-2: 2012
2. Internal insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene closed-cell foam. Non-absorbent insulation that does not change its thermal insulation properties.
3. Outer corrugated protective pipe made of HDPE polyethylene in black colour.

Pre-insulated pipes approved for use based on standard PN-EN 15632-1-3. Pipes dedicated for use in industrial pipelines with particular emphasis on ground heat pump systems.
