“FORBES DIAMONDS” FOR THE PRAWTECH COMPANY

PRAWTECH sp. Z o. o. has been awarded the Forbes Diamond – a distinction awarded to Polish enterprises that increase their market value as fast as possible.

In the twelfth edition of the Diamonds, the editors of the monthly Forbes in cooperation with Bisnode Polska (an independent expert and European leader in collecting, developing and providing economic information) developed a list of the most dynamically developing companies in our country. Analysts and experts valued companies using the Swiss method. It combines the property and income method.

On Wednesday, May 29, in the Stary Hotel in Krakow, Forbes Diamonds were awarded to companies from the “Małopolskie and Podkarpackie” voivodships. Our company has been recognized in the segment of companies with sales revenues in the range of 5-50 million PLN, ranking third in the “Małopolskie” voivodship and 77 in the country.

PRAWTECH AT THE FAIR OF INSTALLATION PROFESSIONALS IN UKRAINE

On May 15-18, 2019, we participated in the INSTALL FEST fair in Kiev.

This is a new trade fair format addressed exclusively to professionals in the category of visitors ‘installers and designers’ and the category of exhibitors ‘only factories, producers / brands’. The fair was created with a view to creating a professional platform for recognized manufacturers from the HVAC market in order to effectively provide Ukrainian installers and designers with available technical information about products and innovations. The organizers have introduced the following restrictions in the selection of exhibitors: “private-label” – goods of unknown origin or misleading the consumer, brands with low quality of goods, brands manufactured without European standards in Asian countries, products with a “ruined” reputation.

PRAWTECH’s product offer and numerous contests with prizes held at our stand attracted great interest from installers from Ukraine. Thank you for the meetings and the good atmosphere in Kiev!

ISH 2019

Our company once again took part as an exhibitor at the ISH trade fair in Frankfurt am Main, which is held over a two-year cycle.

This global exhibition event (visitors from 160 countries) creates a unique opportunity for industry professionals from industry, trade, design and construction of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and water supply installations.

In Frankfurt, we had a series of constructive meetings with current and potential clients from several continents within 5 days and we hope to establish fruitful cooperation after the fair. Thank you for visiting our stand!

PRODUCTION IN A NEW HALL HAS STARTED!

We welcomed the beginning of 2019 in good moods, because in the newly created production hall.

After last year’s construction and equipment period, the production lines were relocated to a new location. Our manufacturing capabilities have also been significantly strengthened by purchasing and installing a modern multilayer pipe production line.

The next stage of modernization of our company is ahead of us, which we will announce after its completion.

A NEW HALL!

The new production hall in our area at Garbarska Street is already done and the work on its completion is in full swing. Construction began at the beginning of this year, and the reception is scheduled for May this year.

We focus on development – we are planning to significantly increase production and expand sales to foreign markets. by investing in better and larger halls and warehouses, we want to increase production capacity and availability of goods for the customer.

NEW WAREHOUSE HAS ALREADY HANDLED THE SHIPPING!

In June, after six months of construction and furnishing, we began full operation of the newly finished warehouse. This is a high storage hall, which gives the opportunity to prepare a large number of pallet spaces for storing products and to apply different technologies for goods storage. Operation of such halls is virtually trouble-free, so customers have a constant access to the goods.

After 3 months of using the new facility, its positive aspects are already visible:

● acceleration of the process of preparing the product for the customer
● reduction of the number of mistakes
● improvement of the packaging aesthetics (reduction of the impact of weather conditions)

ISH FAIR IN FRANKFURT

ISH 2015, which is the Bathroom Experience, Building, Energy, Air-Conditioning Technology, and Renewable Energies fair trade, was held on 10-14 March 2015 in Frankfurt am Main.

ISH is held every two years and is the largest fair of its type in Europe and one of the largest in the world.

Our company was present at this fair for the first time. Our stall hosted visitors not only from many European countries, but also from the Middle East, Africa, and South America.

In cooperation with THERMPLAST, a new range of products has been produced since a few months. These are the elements of the system which allows you to derive renewable energy from the so-called lower source.

PRODUCTION OF STABI GLASS PIPES OF UP TO Ø 110MM

We received a technical approval issued by the Building Research Institute in Warsaw on multilayer tubes reinforced with glass fiber, so-called, stabilizing GLASS pipe.

PARTICIPATION IN THE INSTALACJE 2012 INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR IN POZNAŃ

On 23-26 April we took part as an exhibitor at the trade fair INSTALLATIONS located in MTP Poznań.

The INSTALACJE International Trade Fair is the largest event in Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to the building utility systems sector, which invariably enjoys the confidence of professionals from home and abroad.

This year’s edition of the INSTALACJE trade fair, which is held every two years, brought together over 800 companies from 21 countries. This year the wide range of exhibitors attracted more than 20 thousand visitors.

Participation in the fair was an opportunity for us to showcase the full range of products, strengthen customer relationships by exchanging and obtaining information about current trends in the industry and customers’ expectations, and reinforce our presence in the market, which means increased brand awareness and improved company’s image.

In the Internet age, personal contact continues to prove to be irreplaceable, as products need to be examined and discussed, and the answers given to questions raised at the fair tend to be more complete.

ISO 9001 CERTIFICATE

In the second half of 2010 there was an audit held in our company. It was the last stage to obtain a certificate according to ISO 9001 standards.

The audit was conducted by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH and, as a result, we were granted the Certificate Management Systerm according to EN ISO 9001:2008. This is the culmination of all employees’ efforts of several months to establish and coordinate all activities taking place in our company at a high, stable level. We believe that the acquisition of this document will result in an even better service for our customers!

We are pleased to inform our Clients that we extended our offer with stabilized pipes (PPR-ALU-PPR) of 16-63mm produced in our factory. The application of these pipes in installations enables to limit the occurrence of excessive thermal elongation of plastic pipes.

Under the influence of temperature changes of a medium flowing inside the installation, pipes shrink or elongate. It refers to all the pipes made of different materials, and so it does to polypropylene pipes. Wires made of plastic are more liable to this effect than metal pipes. To reduce the factor of linear thermal elongation, a special type of PP-R pipes has been developed; it is the combination of the good aspects of plastic and metal products. They are so-called stabilized pipes.

STABI pipe consists of 5 layers: a pipe conducting the medium, stabilizing aluminum filler, covering external layer and two adhesive layers which join the whole construction. Thanks to this fact the factor of thermal elongation dropped 4 times.

The factor of linear extension λ of polypropylene pipes type 3 is:
● 0,150 mm/m*K – for one-layer pipes
● 0,035 mm/m*K – for stabilized pipes (with aluminum filler)

WE PRODUCE INTERNAL INSTALLATIONS SYSTEM OF POLYPROPYLENE RANDOM

The good points of the system are:
– Modern system of pipes and fittings of polypropylene PP-R specially designed to assembly reliable, inexpensive and durable internal water supply and heating systems
– They can be used in new and renovated buildings
– Elements of the system are physiologically and microbiologically neutral
– Very high chemical resistance, completely corrosion free
